They are green. Here's what they mean:
web interface: 192.168.1.254
u/n and p/w: probably it won't require any. Otherwise...
p/w: Who knows!
You see, sometimes after factory reset it makes you choose a non-blank password (like this), and so that must have happened. Try admin.
Once you're logged in, click on Expert Mode and then OK to switch to the expert/advanced mode. You can check or enter the username and password at Configure > Quickstart. Check the PVC settings (VPI/VCI, encapsulation, etc.) at Configure > WAN > ATM. Click here to open the emulator in a separate window to follow along.
